This book is the continuation of the book Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Harry is in his second year at Hoghwarts School of witchcraft and Wizardy. This year, he met with a goblin named Dobby who tried to stop him from coming back to Hoghwarts. Fortunately, his friend, Ron rescued him from being confined in his room in the muggle's house. Staying at Hogwarts this year make him look like a criminal who killed the muggle-born students in the school or even worse, make him look like the heir of Salazar Slytherin. By solving the hidden mystery with his friends, Ron and Hermione, brought them to a secret chamber in his school. He bravely entered the secret chamber and met up with Ginny who's at death's door and Tom Marvolo Riddle, a former student of Hoghwarts. Tom, or his new name is Lord Voldermort is just a memory to a diary. Harry fought with a giant snake known as Basilisk and killed it. Then, he took Tom's diary and destroyed it and cause Tom to vanish. After all that happened, Ginny woke up hurriedly and start telling Harry what really happened to her.
