Diary of a wimpy kid is a story about a lame boy named Greg Heffley. He has a best friend named Rowley. It was the end of the year and they were going to celebrate Christmas. Greg had to be a kind person as he believed Santa would give gifts to kind children only. But some of his friends didn't believe it and they could disturb anyone. A month before Christmas they started to put up the Christmas tree and decorated it. Before Thanksgiving break his school organised a competition of who had the best anti- bullying slogan. Last year, bullying was a problem with the school.One But this year there was only one boy name Dennis who always bullied the student. Greg's school playground also became a prison yard because there was no equipment there. Each time a pupil who accidentally fall from something they will take out that thing and it is ridiculous. A few years ago, Greg's parent brought him a doll for Christmas gift. He had to feed and take care of it. A couple weeks later, he lost the doll so he signs up an account to take care which is a dog. Sometimes Rowley came to Greg's house but his dad doesn't like Rowley because Rowley always made problems. On Monday, Greg's school had an assembly and they had to watch an educational film about healthy eating. From that on, his school replaced so much unhealthy food with healthy food. Last year, he had a comic title 'Tower Of Druids' that was signed by the author. Greg needed some money to buy something and he decided to sell the comic. His mom didn't encourage him to sell it but he refused. He went to a bookstore and he found that the sign was faked. That is why Greg's mother doesn't let him sell the book. One Saturday, he went to a supermarket and he brought lots of drummies(chicken). He planned to run a Holiday Bazaar with Rowley to sell all his Drummies. They planned a few games to attract people to come. They even made their owned newspaper to spread their news. But the newspaper thing is a disaster so he decided to make some posters using neon green marker and stick it at the school wall. Unfortunately, it rain and the green dye all become huge green splotches. They try to rub it but it didn't work. Suddenly, a man shouted at them. Quickly, they ran back home. The next day, the first article of the newspaper was about the criminal of the green splotches of the school. Greg was really panicked. The police even came to their school. Unluckily, they caught Greg and he had to clean the school wall. Day after day, the snow became more heavier and they cannot go out from the house. The school also was cancelled. His mom always got him to exercise with her. They spent their days in the house doing silly stuff. They were out of food and even electricity. It made them suffer a lot. At last, Christmas came. Greg went downstairs to see the gifts but there are none of them. His mom told him that Santa had put their gifts in the trash bag. Greg got a novel of 'Tower Of Druids' and he felt confused. His mom said that he gave that novel because she felt bad about the fake sign. They happily celebrate Christmas together.
